Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of 247plumbercrowley.com and how service works when you call Crowley 24/7 Plumbing. They are written in plain language. By using the site or calling us, you agree to them.
Last updated October 16, 2026.
Who We Are and How Service Starts
Crowley 24/7 Plumbing is a plumbing dispatch serving Crowley, TX and nearby towns, with a business address at 1004 S Crowley Rd, Crowley, TX 76036. We take requests by phone only, at (817) 601-6266. The site has no forms, no accounts and no online booking.
When you call, we arrange for licensed plumbers to visit. We offer same-day appointments when available, and we do not promise a specific arrival time, since traffic, weather and other emergencies affect every schedule.
Prices and Estimates Are Agreed by Phone
A clear price is explained and agreed with you by phone before work starts. Prices depend on factors such as the problem, the parts, access to the pipe, the time of day and the size of the job, and each service page lists the factors that apply. The website itself does not publish prices.
If the plumber finds something different on site, the new scope and price are discussed with you before any extra work begins. You are free to decline the work. Any fee that applies to a visit should be stated on the phone before the plumber is sent.
What Our Service Does Not Cover
We focus on plumbing. These jobs fall outside what we do, so please call the right specialist.
- Septic tank pumping and septic system service.
- Gas utility work, including meter and main line repairs, which belong to your gas utility.
- Electrical work such as wiring, breakers and panels, which needs a licensed electrician.
- Emergencies that call for 911 or your utility first, such as a gas smell or a fire.
Our services page lists the plumbing jobs we do handle.
Website Content and Your Responsibilities
The information on this site is general plumbing information for homeowners, not advice for your specific property. Every home is different, so a plumber should look at your situation before you make repair decisions. Check your homeowners policy with your carrier, since coverage for sudden damage and for slow leaks often differs.
Please give accurate details when you call, make the work area reasonably safe and accessible, and tell the plumber about hazards such as pets or known gas odors. You are responsible for knowing the rules of your property, including any association or lease limits.
Licensing, Liability and Third-Party Links
Plumbing work in Texas is regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and you can check any plumber in its Public License Search. Our about page explains how. Permit rules vary by job, so ask the Crowley building department whether your project needs one.
The site may link to or load content from third parties, including Google Fonts and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the website, and nothing here limits rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them, and the date at the top will change when we do. See our privacy policy for how we handle information, including call recording for quality and training.
