What We Collect When You Visit the Site

We do not run web forms, newsletters, comment boxes or customer accounts. Nothing you can type on this site is sent to us. We do not set cookies from our own pages, and we do not run advertising pixels or tracking scripts that we control.

Like most web hosts, the service that delivers our pages may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.

What We Collect When You Call

Our service happens by phone. When you call (817) 601-6266, we ask for your name, address, a callback number and a description of the plumbing problem so we can send licensed plumbers to the right place. We keep that information to dispatch the job, to answer questions about it and to keep records of the work.

Calls may be recorded for quality and training. We tell you about recording at the start of a call, and you can ask about it at any point. We use recordings to check that we gave accurate information and to improve how we handle calls.

Third-Party Services That Load From Google

Two parts of this site load content from Google. When your browser loads them, Google may receive your IP address and technical details such as your browser type, under Google's own privacy policy.

• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on our pages, and your browser requests the font files from Google when a page loads.
• Google Maps shows our business location on the contact page through an embedded map, which may set its own cookies or read existing Google cookies.
• We do not control what Google collects. You can use browser settings or extensions to block these requests, and the site still works without them.

Outside of those two loads, we do not add other third-party scripts to our pages.

How We Use and Share Information

We use your call details to arrange service, give you a clear price before work starts, and follow up if something needs correcting. To send a plumber, we share your name, address, callback number and a description of the problem with the licensed plumbers who take the job.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the plumbers doing the work, with service providers who help us run the phone line and records, and where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request.

Your Choices and How to Reach Us
