About Crowley 24/7 Plumbing

Crowley 24/7 Plumbing is a plumbing dispatch for Crowley, TX and the towns around it. You call one number, (817) 601-6266, at any hour, and we send licensed plumbers to your address. That is the whole business model, and this page explains it in plain terms.

We would rather you know what we do, what we turn down, and how to check any plumber before you let them in the door. A good decision on a Saturday night starts with a few facts you can verify yourself.

What Crowley 24/7 Plumbing Actually Is

We are a local dispatch line for residential and light commercial plumbing. When you call, you reach us, we ask what is happening, and we send licensed plumbers who work in the Crowley area. The line is staffed 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Our office address is 1004 S Crowley Rd, Crowley, TX 76036. We serve Crowley first, then Burleson, Everman and Forest Hill, plus nearby ZIP codes. The service area page shows how we decide which addresses make sense to cover.

We work with licensed plumbers, and our approved promise is simple: licensed and insured, a clear price before work starts, and same-day appointments when available. We do not promise an arrival time, because traffic on FM 1187 and a busy night of burst pipes can change any schedule.

Our work follows the plumbing codes that apply where the job sits. Crowley has adopted the 2021 International Plumbing Code with local amendments, and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners sets the licensing standard for the people who do the work.

What We Do and What We Do Not Do

Plumbing is a wide trade, and no single call line covers all of it. Here is where we draw the line so you do not lose time on a call that cannot help.

  • We do: water heater repair and replacement, drain and sewer cleaning, leak detection, slab leaks, burst pipes, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, repiping and water line work. The full list is on the services page.
  • We do not: pump septic tanks. Septic pumping is a separate trade with its own trucks and licensing, so call a septic hauler for that.
  • We do not: do gas utility work. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 first, then call a plumber for the appliance side once it is safe.
  • We do not: do electrical work. Water heaters, disposals and sump pumps all use power, and when the fix is a breaker, wiring or a panel, you need a licensed electrician.
  • We do not: take bookings online. There are no web forms, no chat bots and no online scheduling, so a person answers every request.

How a Call Works

Calling a plumber at 2 a.m. is stressful enough without a confusing process. Ours is short.

  1. You call us.

A person picks up. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we say so in our privacy policy.

  2. We ask what is happening.

Expect questions about the problem, the address, and whether water is still running. If a main shutoff valve is the fix for now, we talk you through finding it.

  3. We agree on the price by phone.

A licensed plumber is assigned, and the pricing approach is explained before anyone starts work. The factors behind it are covered on each service page, and the terms page says how estimates work.

  4. A licensed plumber comes to the address.

The plumber confirms the problem on site, explains the options, and does the work you approve. If the scope changes, the new price is agreed before work continues.

How to Verify Any Plumber With the State of Texas

Texas licenses plumbers through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, usually shortened to TSBPE. Before you hire anyone, ours or not, ask for the company's Responsible Master Plumber and the license details. Master Plumber numbers start with the letter M.

Then look that number up in the board's Public License Search at tsbpe.texas.gov. The search shows the license type and status, and it also shows whether a Certificate of Insurance is on file. The board lists Responsible Master Plumber, Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, Tradesman Plumber-Limited, Plumbing Inspector and apprentice registrations.

That check takes about two minutes and works on any plumber in the state. A contractor who gets annoyed when you ask is giving you useful information.

Our Local Roots

Crowley sits mostly in Tarrant County, with a small 5.8 acre sliver in Johnson County, bordered by Fort Worth to the north and east and Burleson to the south. The city center is the crossroads of FM 1187 and FM 731. If you are calling from either road, we know the driving geography, which keeps our coverage honest.

The 2020 census counted 18,070 people in Crowley, up 40.8 percent from 12,838 in 2010. That growth means plenty of newer homes and a smaller older core near the old railroad downtown. Either kind can have plumbing problems, so we ask about your home rather than assuming.

Water here comes from the City of Fort Worth. The City of Crowley 2025 Water Quality Report lists hardness of 6 to 9 grains per gallon and chloramine as the disinfectant. Hard water leaves scale on heating elements and aerators, which is why many of our water heater and faucet calls involve mineral buildup.

Permits and Inspections Are Your Call to Ask About

Crowley has adopted the 2021 International Plumbing Code, and the city posts local amendments. Permit rules vary by job, so ask the Crowley building department, Community Development at 201 E. Main Street, whether your project needs one. Any plumber you hire should be able to say which code applies to the work.
